Milton Ulladulla Subtropical Rainforest Revival
The Milton Ulladulla Subtropical Rainforest Revival project has been developed to enhance the conservation of the Milton Ulladulla Subtropical Rainforest endangered ecological community. This rainforest represents one of the southernmost expressions of subtropical rainforest in eastern Australia and is restricted to the volcanic soils of the Milton area.
The project will undertake actions that target key threats to the rainforest such as domestic stock damage, edge effects, fragmentation and weed invasion. The project will do this through partnering with local landholders and the local community, local businesses, Milton Rural Landcare, NSW Office of Environment and Heritage, NSW Local Land Services (SE), NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service and Shoalhaven City Council.
Milton Rural Landcare is proud to be a part of this project in the coming years.

As part of the project Milton Public School, to coincide with this year's
National Tree Day, planted rainforest species adjacent to the school.
It was blue skies with much enthusiasm that kick started this project in late July.
